Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor at Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work duties to team members.
  • Perform routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance defects or issues.
  • Regularly inspect service areas, storerooms, and corridors.
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning projects.
  • Train Room Attendants and manage their performance.
  • Oversee stock control and maintenance of equipment.
  • Deliver excellent guest service, including handling VIP and special requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
  • Track record of managing a team successfully.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
