Overview of the Role: At Al-Rayan Private Colleges, we are looking for Conference and Event Organizer Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in studying and analyzing the experiences and practices related to organizing conferences and events, in addition to providing their operational supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Study experiences and practices related to organizing conferences and events to benefit from them.
  • Identify the needs of the organizing entity and the nature and objectives of the conference and the participating entities.
  • Organize the event and provide the necessary logistical services through communication with sponsors and choosing the most suitable.
  • Evaluate the results of organizing the conference and prepare the relevant documents and reports.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in languages, graphic design, or event management.
  • Certified Professional Manager (CAME - CPM) certification preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Skills:
  • Managing conferences and logistical services.
  • Report preparation and monitoring.
  • Effective communication.
