The Opportunity

The University of Prince Mugrin is hiring faculty members for the College of Business and Tourism, specifically within the Accounting & Finance Department. This full-time position is open to candidates at various academic levels: Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and develop courses within the Accounting & Finance Department.
• Complete necessary documentation to maintain programmatic accreditation.
• Supervise senior research projects.
• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in accordance with the program curriculum.
• Advise assigned student advisees on their individual plan of study (POS) and approve registration plans. New full-time faculty may be exempt from this duty during their first semester.
• Advise assigned student advisees on academic student policies.
• Monitor the academic progress of student advisees, including course passing/failing, dropping/adding courses, withdrawals, academic probation, and referrals to Academic Support Services/Counseling.
• Participate in departmental activities, as well as College and University committees.
• Collaborate with the Department Head and other faculty members on curriculum planning and development.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities within your area of specialty, involving undergraduate students in research endeavors.
• Supervise internship students when assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department chair and the dean of the College.

This position is based at the University of Prince Mugrin campus in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
