F&B Service Expert (Saudi Only)

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join the team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a range of services to ensure guest dining satisfaction.
• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests throughout their meal.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The position involves physical demands including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
