- Recruitment: Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates.
- Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance and create development plans.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee efficiency.
- Labour Relations: Manage relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Payroll and Benefits: Manage the payroll system and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Records and Reports: Maintain employee records and prepare reports.
- Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in human resources (3 years).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to find collective solutions.
- Data analysis and decision-making based on analysis.
- Organizing and managing time efficiently.
- Knowledge of labor law.
