Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our team in Medina. This full-time role is central to ensuring the operational excellence and longevity of our site assets through meticulous maintenance planning and execution.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for leading, governing, and improving the maintenance planning process at the site. This position involves establishing routine and extraordinary maintenance plans for all site assets, ensuring activities are executed as per plan, on time, and in full. The primary objective is to maintain healthy assets, enabling safe operations, food safety, quality, compliance, and high-performance levels, while optimizing maintenance plans and leveraging digital solutions for efficiency and competitive end-to-end life cycle costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive routine and extraordinary maintenance plans for all site assets, integrating OEM maintenance plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and govern the maintenance planning standard routine, including task prioritization, maintenance shutdowns scheduling, and work order execution results review for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with third-party maintenance service providers and the technical store team to ensure timely execution of tasks and efficient kitting processes.
• Monitor and track the execution of maintenance activities, addressing deviations promptly and ensuring compliance with AMM standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by regularly reviewing maintenance routines and optimizing plans within the Asset & Maintenance Management (AMM) system.
• Coordinate the deployment of Maintenance Excellence Packages (MEP) within the site, establishing governance and sharing learnings across the Category network.
• Develop and implement plans to integrate digital solutions such as Predictive Maintenance (PdM), real-time reporting, and AMM Mobile to optimize maintenance routines and organization.
• Analyze and optimize the life cycle costs of maintenance activities, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing budgets in collaboration with finance and procurement.
• Support the preparation and implementation of maintenance plans for CAPEX and new line start-ups, ensuring adequate resource availability.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, govern, and improve maintenance planning processes effectively.
• Experience with Asset & Maintenance Management (AMM) systems and digital maintenance solutions is highly desirable.
