Operator

About the Role

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Operator to join its production team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, supporting quality checks, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders.
• Operate production machinery and follow approved standard operating procedures.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure machines operate correctly during production.
• Monitor production line equipment and operating parameters, reporting abnormalities or faults.
• Participate in shift operational reviews to discuss production performance and issues.
• Verify production dates and batch numbers printed on finished products.
• Perform water treatment sampling and basic analysis using designated tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment logs.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with regular safety inspections and report potential hazards.
• Conduct chemical cleaning of manufacturing equipment when required.
• Monitor water-consuming equipment across the production facility.
• Use warehouse mobility devices for material transactions in the ERP system.
• Support waste-reduction initiatives covering manpower, materials, and machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and safe working practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate degree or diploma in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing experience, with 0-1 years being the minimum required for this role.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with plastic blow molding, injection molding, or labeling equipment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use ERP systems or warehouse mobility devices.

Required Skills

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow operating procedures.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a production and shift-based environment.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in FMCG, food and beverage production, bottling, manufacturing, plastic molding, packaging, or industrial operations will be highly considered for this position.
