About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, Regional Guest Experience to lead and oversee the strategic development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience across multiple regions. This full-time position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and is based in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, or Medina.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management of guest experience programs.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct customer visits and audits, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Coordinate with the services department to provide necessary flight-related information.
  • Manage and distribute catering orders, manuals, policies, packing and loading plans, and equipment requirements to all concerned parties in advance.
  • Conduct food testing and presentations to maintain quality standards.
  • Participate in budget preparation and provide sales input to the marketing department for business plans and budget write-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales good items forecasts through the operation cell.
  • Ensure well-coordinated activities related to Hajj operations for smooth execution.
  • Provide insights into customers’ operational patterns to aid in the preparation of monthly forecasts for flights, meals, and turnover.
  • Update pre-flight risk analysis and provide justification for significant deviations between actual results and budget figures.
  • Ensure customer inspections and hygiene audits are conducted within established standards, with results reviewed and necessary actions taken.
  • Maintain standard costing and pricing of individual products, reviewing as required.
  • Prepare monthly and year-to-date statistics for customers.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose constructive suggestions for change.
  • Establish and enforce standard policies for strict adherence.
  • Participate with the Sales Director in required periodic reviews and planning sessions.
  • Establish, instruct, prepare, and submit annual budgets based on issued instructions for the Sales Director's approval.
  • Exercise economic delegation entrusted by the Sales Director judiciously and reasonably for the utmost benefit of the Company.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is required.
  • Proven experience in setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Understanding and ability to monitor sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a problem-solving attitude.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position. The role is based in one of the following cities: Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, or Medina.
