Join Gandour as a Retail Sales Supervisor!
As part of our esteemed team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and coaching your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set targets for team members based on objectives from the Unit Manager.
  • Assign routes to ensure timely mission fulfillment.
  • Spend time in the field to supervise sales activities and ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and coach assigned sales team members.
  • Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.
  • Report on competitor activities and provide information to the Unit Manager.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports weekly, monthly, and daily as required.
  • Monitor trade stocks and customer stock cards to prevent overstocking and manage stock aging.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date file of contracts with assigned clients.
