Role Summary:Responsible for leading the retail strategy, tenant coordination, and operational readiness of a new shopping mall in Madinah. The role ensures timely launch, efficient operations, and strong tenant and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee pre-opening activities and coordinate with project, fit-out, and construction teams.
- Monitor tenant fit-outs and ensure compliance with mall guidelines.
- Manage timely unit handovers and snag list resolution.
- Lead all day-to-day mall operations: security, cleaning, maintenance, parking.
- Ensure HSE compliance and high operational standards.
- Act as key liaison between developer and retail tenants.
- Support leasing and marketing to drive occupancy and footfall.
- Manage operational budgets and cost efficiency.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.
- 710 years’ experience in mall operations or retail property management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior KSA or regional experience preferred.
