Join Our Team as a Reservations Agent at Nova M Hotel!We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who take pride in their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients on the phone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information and attending to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
- Stay up to date with all hotel promotions and follow established procedures to process room reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
- Exhibit complete product knowledge, understand the rate structure, and apply rate management.
- Maintain an established filing system for all correspondence and compile reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
- Promote and maintain good public relations and endeavor to maximize business.
- Ensure an accurate room status is maintained at all times.
- Answer all incoming calls according to Rotana standards and manage incoming emails efficiently.
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and attempt to upsell whenever opportunities arise.
Education & Experience Requirements:You should have a diploma or degree in the hospitality field along with previous experience in hotel reservations. You must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English, while additional language skills are an asset.
