• Serve as a liaison for communication with field personnel, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to fulfill customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-center and vendor-supplied orders as needed and monitor those shipments.
• Work with the Law Department to ensure export compliance and stay updated regarding international material movements and shipping regulations.
• Provide guidance to Order Correspondents as needed.

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Additional experience in procurement, materials, or logistics is preferred.

Job Title: Cashier (Coffee and Bakery Shop)

Job Objective:
Manage payment operations and customer service efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to receipt.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and accurately recording customer orders in the cashier system
• Collecting payments (cash / card / digital wallets)
• Issuing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of transactions
• Delivering orders or coordinating with the barista/kitchen to prepare them
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Counting the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift and reconciling sales
• Reporting any shortages or malfunctions in the system or operations
• Adhering to company policies (pricing, promotions, discounts)

Requirements:

• High school diploma at least
• Good communication skills
• Speed and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to handle work pressure
• Previous experience as a cashier or in the coffee sector is preferred

Salary:
4200 Riyals per month

Working Hours:
Determined according to the work system (may be flexible or in shifts)

• Preparing and implementing a monthly content plan.

• Designing posts, stories, and visual advertisements.
• Editing short videos and reels.
• Scheduling and publishing content at appropriate times.
• Monitoring messages, comments, and engaging with the audience.
• Tracking trends and suggesting suitable content ideas.
• Preparing monthly performance reports and analyzing results.
• Improving content based on performance indicators.
