We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, where your primary responsibility will be to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer payments accurately and on time at the point of sale.
  • Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash float and till operations.
  • Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with daily cash report preparations.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling and security procedures.
  • Monitor point-of-sale systems for proper functioning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in retail or FMCG environments.
Skills and Attributes:
- Basic training in cash handling or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles advantageous.
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale software.
- Training in customer service skills required.
