We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at NewEast Isuzu KSA. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and maintain the company's calendar
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Assist with organizing company events and meetings
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
