Join Our Team as a Cashier!

At Hamad M Al Rugaib, we are seeking a dedicated Cashier to be the first and last point of contact for our customers, creating a positive shopping experience. You will play a crucial role in processing transactions and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously; assist with questions about products, prices, and store policies.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle customer payments accurately using various methods (cash, credit/debit cards); issue receipts and manage returns/exchanges.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues professionally and timely.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, balance the drawer, and follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft/errors.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills and math proficiency.
  • Attention to detail, cash handling experience, and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving abilities and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail/customer service.
  • Knowledge of furniture products.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
