SHRQ Coffee Roasters is looking for a dedicated Cashier who will be the welcoming face of our cafe, ensuring a seamless payment experience for our customers. Located in Khobar, Eastern Province, this full-time position offers a dynamic work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide superior service.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system.
• Handle payments (cash and cards) with precision.
• Print invoices and maintain the cashier area organized.
• Coordinate with baristas and the kitchen to ensure quick service.
• Adhere to cleanliness and professional conduct.
• Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance performance.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Experience with or willingness to learn cashier systems.

Training Program:
All accepted candidates will undergo an intensive 4-week training program at our central training lab, which includes:

• Theoretical training on hospitality standards and customer reception.
• Practical training on devices and the cashier system.
• Realistic simulations of customer service.
• Weekly evaluations and a final test to gauge readiness.
