The job requires the ability to handle point of sale systems, accurately complete sales and purchase transactions, and manage the cash register efficiently. The main tasks include: welcoming customers with a smile, executing cash and electronic payment transactions, preparing daily sales reports, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.

The East Cafe and Roastery is looking to hire a distinguished and customer-interactive cashier. Your responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and professional payment experience.

Main tasks include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and upscale service
• Taking orders and handling the point of sale system
• Accurately collecting payments (in cash and cards)
• Printing invoices and organizing the cashier area
• Coordinating with the barista and kitchen to ensure quick service
• Commitment to cleanliness and politeness in interaction
• Participating in weekly training to improve performance

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Accuracy in taking orders and financial handling
• Experience or willingness to learn cashier systems
• Speed in performance under pressure

Training system:
All accepted applicants will undergo an intensive 4-week training program that includes theoretical and practical training to ensure you are well-prepared for the job.
