The East Cafe and Roastery is looking to hire a distinguished and customer-interactive cashier. Your responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and professional payment experience.

Main tasks include:

Welcoming customers with a smile and upscale service
Taking orders and handling the point of sale system
Accurately collecting payments (in cash and cards)
Printing invoices and organizing the cashier area
Coordinating with the barista and kitchen to ensure quick service
Commitment to cleanliness and politeness in interaction
Participating in weekly training to improve performance

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills
Accuracy in taking orders and financial handling
Experience or willingness to learn cashier systems
Speed in performance under pressure
Team spirit and flexibility in working hours

Training system:
