Responsibilities:- Contribute to TSI strategic planning and provide insights into quality enhancement.
- Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all TSI sections.
- Report and follow up on TSI quality KPIs and support improvement projects.
- Prepare, present, and maintain documents and specialized reports.
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Promote a culture of quality within the organization.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Professional qualification in quality assurance and organizational excellence.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in quality.
- Good interpersonal and team skills, with strong organizational abilities.
- Practical experience in MS Office.
