About the Role:Your role as an Administration Assistant will involve providing multi-faceted support to the Project Director and Project Managers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various JIGPC entities to ensure that project activities follow the scheduled execution plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Services PR, Materials Requisition, and material codes;
- Processing of routine documents including employee timesheets and travel requests;
- Coordination for required gate passes and ID processing;
- Arranging meetings for team members as needed;
- Team events planning for activities such as town hall gatherings;
- Mobility support for site visits if required.
Requirements:We are looking for candidates who possess knowledge in ERP systems (especially SAP), document control platforms, and familiarity with the Absher platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required. Experience with Sharepoint management is a plus. A valid driver's license for vehicle operation in Saudi Arabia is also desirable.
