• Managing online store requests via Zed and Salla platforms and reviewing them before shipping

• Following up and coordinating shipments with shipping companies until delivery

• Following up on complaint emails and taking appropriate action

• Verifying payment transactions and updating their status in the system

• Listing products on Zed and Salla platforms and linking them to inventory

• Understanding the warehouse system and updating quantities upon shipment arrival

• Coordinating with the IT team when there is a technical issue

• Editing banners and some marketing files using Photoshop
