المهام الوظيفية:
* متابعة الطلبات المعلقة والتواصل مع العميلات لمعرفة سبب عدم إتمام الطلب.
* معالجة حالات إلغاء أو رفض الطلبات، واسترجاع المبالغ عند الحاجة.
* توفير خبيرة بديلة بسرعة لضمان رضا العميلة.
* متابعة تقييمات العميلات بعد كل طلب.
* الرد على استفسارات الخبيرات والعميلات عبر الداش بورد وواتساب.
* مراجعة والموافقة على العروض داخل التطبيق.
* مراجعة والموافقة على الخدمات الإضافية داخل التطبيق.
* متابعة الخبيرات والعميلات اللاتي لم يكملن تسجيلهن وتحفيزهن على الإكمال.
* التنسيق الأسبوعي مع الخبيرات لإعداد العروض.
* اختيار عميلات للتعاون التسويقي (تصوير فيديو) مقابل خصومات.
* تنفيذ أي مهام تشغيلية أخرى متعلقة بالتطبيق أو تجربة العملاء، بما يساهم في تحسين سير العمل وجودة الخدمة.

نظام العمل:
* العمل بنظام المهام (Task-Based) وليس بعدد ساعات.
* يتم تقييم الأداء بناءً على:
     * سرعة التنفيذ
     * عدد الطلبات المعالجة
     * جودة تجربة العميلة
