We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales activities in the event management sector. As a Sales Manager at Lead Projects, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets through strategic development and relationship-building.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales activities in the event management sector. As a Sales Manager at Lead Projects, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets through strategic development and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual sales plans for the events sector.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strategic relationships with existing and potential clients including government and private sectors, and follow up on tenders and new projects.
- Prepare quotes and coordinate client presentations.
- Oversee contract preparation and ensure timely signing and delivery.
- Coordinate with execution and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor performance and provide accurate monthly reports.
- Develop products and offerings in coordination with production and design teams.
- Ensure adherence to service quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the events sector.
- Experience working with governmental and semi-governmental clients, or with interior design companies and contractors.
- Good knowledge of requirements for executing both temporary and permanent booths, platforms, and wooden kiosks.
- High communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Proficiency in Arabic, with good English language skills.
- Thorough understanding of the Saudi market and strong relationships with clients.
