Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for and SEC-related substation projects.
- Identify and engage key contractors executing substation projects, securing Eaton’s inclusion as the main supplier.
- Lead customer engagement through site visits, tender follow-ups, and post-award support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, refining sales approaches as needed.
- Manage sales forecasting and reporting accurately, delivering performance updates to leadership.
- Oversee all stages of project pursuit from lead identification to contract closure, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Facilitate negotiations with contractors and clients, addressing any pre-bid and post-bid clarifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 710 years of sales experience in the power/utility sector, particularly in large-scale substation projects.
- Established network with contractors in and SEC projects.
- Proficient in sales forecasting and project tracking.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
