This role is vital in ensuring our compliance with legal standards and enhancing our operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements including vendors, suppliers, leases, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable commercial, labor, and regulatory laws.
- Support the handling of legal matters related to retail operations such as store leases and franchise agreements.
- Manage legal correspondence with external parties and government entities.
- Maintain filing and documentation of legal records and contracts.
- Assist in resolving disputes and claims, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Review company policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting business operations.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or corporate law is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, labor law, and contract management.
Skills & Competencies:- Excellent drafting and contract review skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
- Professional approach to confidential information.
Language Requirements:- Fluent in Arabic.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
