Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team at the Jeddah branch to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value IT accounts in the region.
- Engage C-level executives to understand challenges and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors for optimal pricing, delivery, and support for key deals.
- Oversee sales forecasting, backlog management, invoicing, and collections.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance market presence.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and skill development for the sales team.
- Monitor and improve the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and finance teams for successful project execution.
- Organize and conduct sales/product training in coordination with vendors.
- Lead internal training on customer engagement, solution positioning, and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 14 years of experience in IT sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large strategic accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a high-performance mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the IT Server domain and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Jeddah market is a plus.
