We are looking for a talented individual to lead our sales efforts for large-scale furnishing projects. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring our promises to clients are met.

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our sales efforts for large-scale furnishing projects. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring our promises to clients are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline: Identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and negotiate contracts to close.
- Lead a team: Set clear targets, coach performance, and ensure seamless transitions between sales and project execution.
- Expand relationships: Work with hotels, developers, and design firms to exceed annual sales quotas.
- Prepare accurate project budgets and schedules in collaboration with our teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction as the primary contact for clients.
- Oversee production, logistics, and procurement to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs and forecast sales performance for senior management reports.
- Represent GUTHMI at trade shows and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- 7+ years of project-based sales experience in the furnishings or construction sector.
- Proven track record of meeting annual sales targets and managing fast-track projects.
- Leadership experience and success in client management.
- Professional certifications like PMP or formal sales training are a plus.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic are highly valued.
- Valid KSA driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Required Skills:
- Strategic account planning & CRM skills.
- Cost estimation & budget control.
- Contract administration knowledge.
- MS Project / Primavera P6 proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiations, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- Analytical problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
