Job Responsibilities

Your Profile
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to People Cycle, compensation, benefits, and HR advisory.
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, governance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in a multinational and matrix environment, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
