Join Our Team as an HR Coordinator!
Gulf Haulage Rig Move Oil & Gas is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to enhance our day-to-day HR operations. This role is essential in maintaining employee records and managing government-related processes, while also overseeing medical insurance for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Oversee activities on government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
  • Manage the full cycle of medical insurance, including enrollments, cancellations, and claims coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National only.
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Immediate joining or within one month.
  • Experience with HR/Government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  • Strong understanding of medical insurance processes.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Arabic.
