المهام الرئيسية:
  • مراجعة وتصحيح بيانات الموظفين في نظام جسر
  • ضبط الإجازات وربطها بالتنفيذ الفعلي
  • متابعة الإقامات والتجديدات بشكل استباقي
  • ضبط الرواتب والبدلات
  • إعداد تقارير HR أسبوعية
  • التنسيق مع الإدارة المالية
  • الإشراف على منسقي الموارد البشرية

المتطلبات:
  • خبرة 3–6 سنوات في الموارد البشرية
  • يفضل خبرة في المطاعم أو شركات متعددة الفروع
  • خبرة في نظام جسر أو أنظمة HR

المؤهلات المفضلة:

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR intern to join the operations team, where they will contribute to supporting and implementing daily procedures related to HR operations, and gain practical experience in a professional environment focused on efficiency and organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations in coordination with the operations team.
  • Contribute to managing and updating employee data in internal systems.
