We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and implementing HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR operations and maintain HR records.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for HR processes and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the HR team.
  • Support in organizing HR-related events and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Personnel with strong HR operations background.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in using platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Baladi, Civil Defense, Abshir Business, Najiz, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Odoo system.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills, high organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
