Join Our Team as a Senior Human Resources Specialist!
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Senior Specialist to manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations at Cyberani. This is a key role within our organization that will play a critical part in supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees, and conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates, maintaining recruitment records.
  • Payroll & Leaves: Support monthly payroll processing including overtime, bonuses, and deductions while tracking employee attendance.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing HR issues while ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
  • Contracts & Documentation: Draft and maintain employee contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Government Relations: Work with government portals (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa) ensuring all employee documentation is in compliance.
  • End of Service: Calculate end-of-service benefits and process final settlements as per Saudi Labor Law.
  • Medical Insurance: Coordinate medical insurance registration and claims, liaising with providers to resolve issues.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Align HR operations with Saudi Labor Law and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; experience with HRMS is a plus.
  • CIPD and SHRM certifications are a plus.
