We are seeking to hire a Saudi national Human Resources Specialist with at least 5 years of practical experience, preferably within the health sector or hospitals.

Job Requirements:
  • Full familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations and their application.
  • Ability to manage and develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong experience in attracting and recruiting medical and administrative talents and building strategies.
  • High negotiation skills for job offers, contracts, and benefits.
  • Management of employee affairs (contracts, salaries, vacations, attendance, performance evaluation).
  • Experience in conflict resolution and managing professional relationships with professionalism.
  • Ability to build a strong network of relationships in the health labor market.
  • Dealing with relevant authorities (insurance, job platforms, official entities).
  • Experience in preparing organizational structures, job descriptions, and internal regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and programs.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Organized personality and attention to detail in work and timings.
  • Proficient in communication in Arabic and English.
