Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and evaluate Supervisors’ performance to ensure operational areas meet volume and margin goals.
- Achieve budgeted volumes for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products to meet profitability objectives.
- Ensure distribution targets are met across all trade channels.
- Monitor product orders to align with market demand.
- Enforce compliance with company credit policies.
- Support adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Assess training needs and enhance skills of team members.
- Identify high-potential team members for career growth opportunities.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years in FMCG sales management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
- Proficiency in English.
