Join our dynamic team at Symphony as a Human Resources Specialist!
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist to support our growing restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to enhancing the employee experience and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Design, coordinate, and track training programs to support employee growth and operational excellence.
  • Performance Management & Evaluation: Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPIs, evaluations, and improvement plans.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
  • People Operations & Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, manage HR policies, grievances, and workplace relations.
  • Saudi Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and other governmental platforms.
  • Payroll Coordination: Support and coordinate payroll processing, attendance, deductions, and benefits administration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven +3 years experience as an HR Specialist (restaurant or hospitality experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HR systems and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
