Join our team as a Human Resources Operations Specialist
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, hands-on experience with government platforms, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR operations in line with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle government platforms (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and contract termination.
  • Support internal and external recruitment activities.
  • Resolve HR-related issues and collaborate effectively with the team and other departments.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
