Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time

Scope of Work:
This role contributes to supporting and implementing HR policies and procedures, in addition to following up on employee affairs and compliance with relevant government regulations.

Job Duties:
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare employment contracts and forms related to employee affairs.
  • Coordinate with government entities (Labor, Social Insurance, Mudad, Ministry of Human Resources).
  • Follow up on employee files and ensure their data is continuously updated.
  • Contribute to supporting the daily administrative operations of the team.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Practical experience of at least one year in the field of human resources.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and related government platforms.
  • High organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
