We are looking for an outstanding Human Resources and Administration Officer to join our team at ASHOMCo.
ASHOMCo was established in 2013 and operates and manages power generation stations supporting Saudi Aramco in Al-Hofuf, Abqaiq, and Ras Tanura, providing 920 megawatts of electricity and 1400 tons/hour of steam.

About the role:
The Human Resources and Administration Officer will support daily operations in the HR department, including:
  • Supporting recruitment, orientation, and employee relations.
  • Updating HR databases.
  • Implementing e-government transactions.
  • Issuing HR policies.
  • Coordinating recognition and training activities.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Align HR operations with Saudi Labor Law and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; experience with HRMS is a plus.
  • CIPD and SHRM certifications are a plus.
