Join Hossam Al-Harthi Exchange as a Human Resources Officer!
We are looking for a motivated HR Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site role is suitable for candidates with basic to intermediate experience in Human Resources – whether through previous roles, internships, or up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute daily HR operations.
  • Oversee recruitment and employee administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Familiarity with government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
