Al-Mufareh Real Estate Development and Investment Company announces its desire to hire:

🧑‍💼 Officer / Human Resources Specialist

Conditions and Requirements:

For Saudis only

  • Experience of no less than 3 years in the field of human resources.

  • Familiarity with labor systems and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience in:

    • Employee Affairs

    • Recruitment and Selection

    • Salaries, Attendance, and Departure

    • Preparing and renewing contracts

  • High skills in communication and organization.

  • Proficiency in using computer programs and human resources systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee affairs and job files.

  • Implementing human resources policies and procedures.

  • Monitoring recruitment, evaluation, and performance.

  • Preparing periodic reports for management.
