We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage and oversee our human resources functions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, Hadaf/Tawteen, Tamheer, Saudization, and HRD.
  • Handle employment contract renewals, Iqama renewals, Iqama profession, and medical insurance.
  • Perform payroll calculations and validate shifts, incentives, and other payments.
  • Oversee monthly HR compliance tasks and reconciliation of reports.
  • Show proficiency in HR functions including recruitment, policy adherence, grievance handling, and final settlements.
Other Skills:
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Team player with experience in HR software.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience Required: 46 years
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

This position is open to Saudis only. Enjoy a competitive salary up to 12000 SAR based on experience and qualifications, along with medical insurance.

  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a mid-to-large organization.
  • HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
