Join Our Finance Team as a Payroll Accountant!
Greetings from Mohammed M Alarji Contracting Company, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Accountant to join our Finance Team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and the accurate financial management of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and execution of payroll, calculation of monthly salaries, and resolution of payroll-related issues with HR.
  • Tracking employee advances and monitoring leave balances submitted by HR.
  • Maintain payroll bookkeeping, including preparing and updating general ledger and payroll files compliant with governmental laws.
  • Support finance team in closing monthly activities and organizing weekly payments.
  • Prepare and maintain IKTVA data and assist in executing IKTVA audits.

Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of local and governmental payroll rules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good computational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
