- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to HR consultancy services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns effectively.
- Provide general administrative support related to customer service operations.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by following up on concerns and feedback.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing client appointments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
