Join Our Team as a Customer Service Officer!
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our HR Consultancy team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while handling client inquiries and providing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to HR consultancy services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Provide general administrative support related to customer service operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by following up on concerns and feedback.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing client appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
