Overview of the Role:
The Customer Service Associate is pivotal in driving sales and ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will take on various responsibilities as directed by store management.

What You Will Do:
  • Sales & Customer Service:
    • Engage with customers to meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
    • Welcome customers warmly and assist with product information.
    • Enhance the shopping experience by suggesting additional products.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in fitting rooms and cash wrap area.
    • Thank customers sincerely and invite them back.
  • Store Standards & Housekeeping:
    • Keep the store environment clean and organized.
    • Adhere to M&S policies and procedures.
    • Assist with merchandise presentation and participate in store functions.
  • Operations & Inventory Management:
    • Participate in inventory management and stock levels maintenance.
    • Follow stock loss prevention measures and handle cash operations.
  • People & Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with peers and management to achieve store objectives.
    • Exhibit team spirit and maintain a positive attitude toward the brand.
    • Flexibly adapt scheduling based on business needs.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Follow all company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
    • Be physically fit for standing and handling merchandise.

Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge:
High School Degree

Minimum Experience:
12 years of retail sales experience

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift stock as required
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
