We are looking for a talented professional who believes in the importance of providing high-quality customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to set and define performance indicators and quality standards in customer services, and participate in developing effective procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Tasks:
  • Conduct studies and analyses to ensure quality performance in customer services.
  • Develop innovative programs that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Prepare documents and reports related to customer service.

Required Qualifications: You must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
