About the Role:
The Executive Assistant Secretary plays a vital role by providing direct executive support to the Director at IHCC. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling confidential tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Organize business travel and bookings as needed.
  • Follow up on and execute tasks assigned directly by the Director.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
