You will be responsible for organizing appointments, preparing memos, conducting correspondence, attending meetings, and editing minutes.

Main Duties:
  • Organize the schedules of the manager/president and handle inquiries.
  • Prepare periodic memos and correspondence, sign, and send them.
  • Attend meetings and record and edit the minutes.
  • Schedule appointments for the manager and notify them.
  • Monitor the scheduling of vacations for the manager and department staff.
  • Coordinate tasks between the manager and department staff.
  • File and maintain documents and files related to the manager/president's work.
  • Prepare and present work reports and document them.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Office Management, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
  • Advanced skills in archiving, classification, report preparation, and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and basic skills in English.
