Project Engineer TL

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project Engineer TL to manage transmission projects in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing projects from the initial design phase through to final handover, ensuring adherence to company standards and timely completion.

Project Management Responsibilities

The Project Engineer TL will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, from base design to final acceptance. This includes managing electrical components, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Key Duties

• Coordinate all activities from the base design stage up to the final acceptance of projects, ensuring alignment with the scope of work, company standards, and specifications for timely completion.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Forward engineering transmittals to relevant SEC divisions.
• Prepare regular technical reports and monthly progress updates for the Project Manager.
• Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements to achieve timely project completion.
• Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractors, and supervise allocated construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications to meet client satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, tracking project budgets, and keeping deliverables on schedule using P6 Primavera.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field. This role is suitable for professionals looking to develop their expertise in managing complex transmission projects.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with work primarily conducted in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves close coordination with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
