We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to coordinate procurement activities related to goods and services, mainly focusing on spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement activities related to goods and services.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts in alignment with the Procurement Manager.
  • Source new suppliers to enhance the supply chain.
  • Prepare and process vendor contracts and purchase orders.
  • Process backup reports and maintain updated vendor files as per ISO requirements.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain procurement records such as contracts and invoices.

  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
