Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing food and beverage planning and delivery operations.
- Monitoring consumption and managing supply.
- Supervising cleanliness and maintenance in the restaurant and kitchen.
- Developing and producing new products and services.
- Establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or Business Economics.
- At least 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Project Management Certification (PMI) is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Advanced skills in catering services, supervision, and facility management.
