We are looking for a person with strong experience in real estate sales management to lead our sales efforts in off-plan sales projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop selling strategies in collaboration with senior management, and analyze market data to identify opportunities.
- Managing Sales Teams: Lead teams, train new staff, and monitor team performance.
- Managing Sales and Marketing Operations: Design marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing department and monitor campaigns.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals: Manage the negotiation process with clients to ensure the highest closing rates.
- Compliance with Regulations: Supervise the teams' adherence to the Wafi program's rules and regulations.
- Building Relationships with Relevant Parties: Develop relationships with banks and developers and participate in exhibitions.
- Preparing Reports: Prepare periodic performance reports and market analysis.
- Improving Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and develop customer loyalty programs.
Requirements:
- At least 710 years of experience in real estate sales management.
- Leadership skills and familiarity with Wafi's rules and regulations.
- High negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in using CRM systems and data analysis.
