Responsibilities:
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.
- Recruiting sales representatives, setting objectives, training and coaching them, and monitoring their performance.
- Ensuring smooth operations of all sales administration and customer service activities.
- Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
- Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives with technical questions posed by customers.
- Analyzing sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products and market success to gain insight into customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of Sales experience.
- Proven record of success throughout the sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the insurance field is preferred.
- CII certification is a plus.
