About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to drive sales of all insurance products to new and existing clients. This role involves identifying and managing sales opportunities while building a deep understanding of client insurance needs, positioning the company as the preferred insurance partner to achieve annual targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.
  • Recruiting sales representatives, setting objectives, training and coaching them, and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring smooth operations of all sales administration and customer service activities.
  • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
  • Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives with technical questions posed by customers.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products and market success to gain insight into customer preferences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Sales experience.
  • Proven record of success throughout the sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the insurance field is preferred.
  • CII certification is a plus.
